In 2006 White Ark Enterprises was chosen to construct a new retail plaza in Upscale Del Mar Area of Laredo, TX. Project scope included custom finishes to each suite, parking areas, and underground utilities throughout the site. We carefully selected trades who had a proven record and specialized in retail construction.
