White Ark Enterprises has delivered a new logistics center facility in Laredo, Texas for Morgan Express. The structure features 30,000 SF with a 1,500 SF office facility. The 6.52-acres site is part of our recently developed North Webb Industrial Park.
The new facility offers the latest technology in warehouse construction. The warehouse offers 20 loading dock doors, one drive-in door, and Polycarbonate plastic roof panels for natural lighting.
The facility employs 20+ personal with ability to expand in the future.
