Point Dedicated Services selected White Ark to construct a new warehouse facility in Laredo, TX. Located inside North Webb Industrial Park the facility was constructed on a 5.21-acre site. The project consists of 20,000 SF of warehousing and 3,000 SF of office space. The site development, including underground utilities, storm drain, erosion control, grading, and landscaping was included in the scope of work. This building is a cross-dock warehouse with 28 dock positions.
The new facility provides supply chain logistics to major automotive companies. The facility was completed in 2016.
